INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2
2 scoops KidzShake vanilla
1 medium banana
¼ cup of rolled oats, gluten-free if required
¼ cup of unsweetened dried apricots
¼ cup of walnuts
½ cup of unsweetened coconut
¾ cup of water
¾ cup of crushed ice

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high until the shake is at a consistency that your child likes. My kids like this shake with a few chunks in it.
