Serves 6 for a snack or dessert.

8 ounces of frozen pineapple chunks
2 bananas, frozen in chunks
1 can coconut milk
2 scoops KidzShake vanilla
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)


Add coconut milk, KidzShake powder, and half of the pineapple chunks to a high-powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds, then gradually add the rest of the pineapple chunks while continuing to blend for another 30-60 seconds.
