Food should be fun, and that is exactly what this smoothie bowl is- Breakfast or Snacktime made FUN!


1 scoop KidzShake vanilla

1/2 banana

1/2 cup of frozen cherries and strawberries

1/4 cup of unsweetened yogurt of choice


Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.  If too thin add ice and reblend, if too thick, add milk of choice and blend.

Top with some yummy fresh strawberry slices, unsweetened coconut and a for a special treat i chopped up 1/2 a low sugar Kind bar.

For teenagers, simply double the recipe.
