+2 scoops Vanilla or Strawberry KidzShake

+1 cup of water

+1 cup leafy greens

+1/2 cup frozen strawberries

+1/2 cup frozen blueberries

+1/2 banana


+Blend on high until smooth.

Pro Tip:
Make sure you remove the stalks of mature leafy greens before you add them to the blender. This will reduce the bitterness of your green shake. You can also use baby kale and baby spinach (available in most supermarkets to make your shakes less bitter and more kid friendly)
