INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

2 scoops Vanilla or Strawberry KidzShake

1/2 unflavored yogurt

1/2 milk of choice

1/2 cup of ice

1 cup blueberries

 

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high until smooth

 

OPTIONAL TOPPING

**This makes the shake have a pie-crust taste!**

 

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup nuts

1/4 cup seeds

2 dates, pitted and chopped

Pulse in a blender until roughly combined.  Can be placed in fridge and used for one week.
