4 scoops of Strawberry or Vanilla KidzShake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS vanilla or strawberry
1/2 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup of cherries, fresh or frozen
1 cup of water or milk of choice

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
If you are feeling fancy, top with a sprinkling of chia seeds.
