The perfect smoothie after a game, practice, or any exercise!

INGREDIENTS

4 scoops of strawberry or vanilla KidzShake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS vanilla or strawberry

½ cup of frozen cherries

½ banana

1 cup of milk of choice

1 tablespoons of chia seeds (hydrated in water beforehand if possible)

DIRECTIONS

Place ingredients in a blender and mix on high until smooth.
