These are perfect for lunch boxes, an energy boost before of during a big game or even as a dessert.


¼ cup of chia seeds
¼ cup of unsweetened, shredded coconut
4 tablespoons of almond butter
2 scoops of KidzShake chocolate
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cacao or cocoa
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence


Combine all ingredients except shredded coconut in a bowl and mix to combine. Alternatively, place into a blender and pulse to combine. Roll into 1” balls and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Can keep in fridge covered for 5 days.
