Filled with fresh raspberries and rolled oats, this shake is a great back-to-school breakfast option.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2 for breakfast.

  • 4 scoops of Strawberry KidzShake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS strawberry
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 avocado (optional)
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 5 cubes of ice
  • 1 cup water or milk of choice

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
