Filled with fresh raspberries and rolled oats, this shake is a great back-to-school breakfast option.
Serves 1-2 for breakfast.
- 4 scoops of Strawberry KidzShake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS strawberry
- ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 avocado (optional)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 5 cubes of ice
- 1 cup water or milk of choice
- Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
