Hi! My name is Gelsey and I am interning with Kidzshake this summer! I am so excited to be sharing with you this week some of my favorite Kidzshake smoothies and snacks. I use Kidzshake every day, usually in smoothie bowl form, and it is definitely my favorite nutritional powder. With clean protein, probiotics, fiber, vitamins and minerals, enzymes and omega-3s, Kidzshake is a yummy nutritional powerhouse. And with zero grams of sugar and delicious flavors, how can I resist my daily dose of Kidzshake?

 

 

KIDZSHAKE PLUS SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

 

BERRY PINEAPPLE VANILLA

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 cup frozen pineapple

2 scoops vanilla kidzshake PLUS

Almond milk to help blend (pour a little at a time until reach desired consistency)

Toppings: granola, blueberries, apricot, hemp hearts

 

PITAYA SMOOTHIE JARS

2 packets Pitaya Plus pitaya

2 medium frozen bananas

Cup coconut water

2 scoops strawberry kidzshake PLUS

Toppings: granola, nuts/seeds, blueberries, banana coins, strawberry slices

 

 

 

PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY

1.5 cup frozen pineapple

½ cup frozen strawberries (about 3-4 strawberries)

2 scoops strawberry kidzshake PLUS

Almond milk to help blend (pour a little at a time until reach desired consistency)

Toppings: granola, nut/seed bites, blueberries

 

 

 

KIDZSHAKE CLASSIC SMOOTHIE BOWLS

 

 

BANANA STRAWBERRY

1 frozen banana

1.5 cup frozen strawberries

3 scoops strawberry kidzshake

Almond milk to help blend (pour a little at a time until reach desired consistency)

Toppings: banana coins, cacao nibs, coconut flakes

 

 

BLUEBERRY VANILLA

1 small frozen banana

Cup frozen blueberries

3 scoops vanilla kidzshake

Almond milk to help blend (pour a little at a time until reach desired consistency)

Toppings: shredded coconut, blueberries
