Health and Halloween are not words that usually go together, but this blog post is about to change that!  Here are three healthy and delicious shake recipes to celebrate all the spookiness of halloween WITHOUT THE SUGAR!


These shakes are perfect for a fun, festive breakfast or after-school snack.  If you are hosting a halloween party these would be the perfect addition to any food table.


All three recipes bring in the taste of fall using pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds, and beets.  Not only are pumpkins and beets the perfect taste for fall, but they are also PACKED with all the good stuff our kids’ bodies need.  Mom win!!


When combined with leafy greens, fruit, and KidzShake powder they turn into an unstoppable force of health and nutrition!

Three FRIGHTFULLY HEALTHY Halloween Shake Recipes

Your kids will love the colors of these shakes as well as the taste.  Have a happy, healthy halloween!




Serve 1-2

2 scoops of Vanilla KidzShake (Large scoop size.  For small scoop size use 4 scoops)

1 cup of pumpkin puree

1 banana

1 cup of milk of choice

1 handful of leafy greens

1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie seasoning

1/2 cup of ice


Blend on high until smooth.

Note: if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, replace with 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.












2 scoops of Vanilla KidzShake (Large scoop size.  For small scoop size use 4 scoops)

1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds

1 cup of milk of choice

1/4 cup of ice


Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.

Garnish with fresh nutmeg.






  • 1 cup of water or milk of choice
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla or Strawberry KidzShake (Large scoop size.  For small scoop size use 4 scoops)
  • 1/4 raw beet
  • 1/2 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
