Are you tired of giving your loved ones the same old thing every Christmas? I am! This year I have really tried to think outside the box.

What can I give my kids that will last and won’t be in the junk pile before next Christmas?

What can I give to my neighbors and friends that isn’t the same old plate of cookies?

Can I find a meaningful gift for my siblings that is unique and can bring them together as a family?

If you have asked yourself one or all of these questions, too,  then read on my friend! I have compiled a handful of great gift ideas for this holiday season. These ideas are simple yet creative and most importantly are HEALTHY!  Just say no to Christmas cookies, video games, and hot chocolate machines and give the gift of health!

Do you have one or more little athletes in your family?  Why not put together a gift that includes some new sports gear and KidzShake?  Your kids will love the new gear and their very own KidzShake or SportzPURE to enjoy after!  Putting together these sports gear packs can be a lot of fun. Go with a theme (cold weather sports, soccer, rock climbing, hiking, swimming, football, etc…) and find all the equipment they need.  Just don’t forget the KidzShake to complete the package!

Do you and your siblings or friends exchange family Christmas gifts? Mine do and I love to find something great that their entire family can enjoy but it can be really hard! This year I am going to give these ingredient baskets! Just collect all your favorite ingredients (don’t forget the KidzShake!) and grab a basket from the dollar store. Voila! A healthy and creative gift that families can enjoy TOGETHER! Add a little something extra by putting in your favorite family card game or activity.

Bliss Balls are the perfect healthy treat to give to your neighbors and co-workers.  They can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or freezer.  You can make them together as a family, too, which makes the gift more meaningful.  You can arrange them on a plate, in a bag, or in a cute mason jar like this one!  Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls are my very favorite.

Here is the recipe:

¼ cup of chia seeds
¼ cup of unsweetened, shredded coconut
4 tablespoons of almond butter
4 scoops of Chocolate Cream KidzShake OR 2 scoops of KidzShake PLUS chocolate or KidzShake Vegan Chocolate
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cacao or cocoa
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients except shredded coconut in a bowl and mix to combine. Alternatively, place into a blender and pulse to combine. Roll into 1” balls and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Can keep in fridge covered for 5 days.
