Serves 6 for a snack or dessert
16 ounces of frozen pineapple chunks
1 can coconut milk
2 scoops KidzShake vanilla
Add coconut milk, KidzShake powder, and half of the pineapple to a high powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Gradually add remaining pineapple whilst continuing to blend for another 30-60 seconds. Garnish with chia seeds.
