This recipe is one of my absolute favorites, it’s SO good!
+2 scoops vanilla KidzShake
+1 1/2 cup raw cashews (or macadamias)
+1/4 cup honey
+2 tbsp coconut oil (softened but cool)
+1/2 tsp vanilla extract
+pinch of salt (Himalayan sea salt, if possible)
+1/4 cup coconut flakes
Cut the lemon into quarters. Put all four quarters in blender and blend until broken down and mostly smooth. Add cashews, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, and Kidzshake. Blend until smooth. Place mixture in fridge for at least 30 minutes to harden a little. Remove mixture and roll into small balls, about the size of a tbsp. Roll balls in coconut flakes. These are meant to be soft, but putting them in the fridge will give them more structure to roll into balls. Store in the fridge.
