2 scoops Vanilla KidzShake
2 Cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
2/3 Cup soaked cashews (or you can use nut butter)
2 frozen bananas
A pinch of salt and nutmeg or cinnamon if desired
1/2 Cup blackberries
**Additional add-ins include: flax seeds, ground flax, chia seeds, honey, frozen cauliflower, etc..
Combine all ingredients minus the blackberries in a blender. I start with 1 1/2 cups milk and add the last 1/2 cup as needed. Pulse until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick just add more milk. Scoop out a little of the plain smoothie and add to thecups. Next, add 2-3 blackberries to the remaining mix, and pulse to combine. Scoop a bit more out and place on top of base layer. Add a couple more blackberries to the mix, and again pule to combine. Each time you do this, you will achieve a different/deeper purple shade. Continue layering shades until complete. Enjoy!
