1 cup of rolled oats
2 scoops of Vanilla KidzShake powder
1/2 cup of water or milk of choice
1/2 cup of mashed banana
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of peanut flour or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and divide into 2 small containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Can be eaten cold or warm.
