This shake is a delicious (and may I say a genius) way to get your kids to eat their cauliflower. It tastes like a peanut butter cup but is packed with healthy veggies!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
2 scoops of KidzShake chocolate
1 cup of coconut milk, or milk of choice
1 banana
1/2 cup of riced cauliflower
1 large spoonful of peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until combined.
