Peach season is upon us and I love incorporating fresh peaches into various recipes or just eating them plain!  Peaches are not only delicious, but they pack a powerful nutritional punch.  Peaches are a great source of fiber, vitamins A,C, K and E, and also include potassium, magnesium, minerals, zinc and copper!

Fresh peaches are great but if you have a lot of peaches that you need to store and save (I know that peach trees can produce A LOT of fruit!) you can cut and freeze them and add them into shakes throughout the year!

PEACHES AND CREAM SHAKE

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops KidzShake vanilla

½- 1 whole peach. pitted

1 cup of ice

½ cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2

2 scoops KidzShake vanilla

1/2 a peach, fresh or frozen

1 handful of spinach

1 cup of ice

½ cup of water

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2

2 scoops KidzShake vanilla or strawberry

½ of a large fresh peach

6 large cherries (fresh or frozen), pitted

½ cup of rolled oats

¼ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

1 cup of ice

½ cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.

PEACHY POPSICLES

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups of milk of choice

3 scoops KidzShake Vanilla

2 large peaches (pitted)

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
