Kids just love this green shake!

Serves 1-2

2 scoops of Chocolate KidzShake

1 handful of spinach

1 cup of milk of choice

1 banana

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)

4 cubes of ice


Blend on high until smooth.  Enjoy immediately!


Peanut Butter can be substituted with any other nut or seed butter. If you only have vanilla KidzShake, you can sub it into recipe and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa or cacao.
