INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 of raspberries
  • 3 – 4 scoops of vanilla or strawberry cream kidzshake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS vanilla or strawberry
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in a snap lock bag, or reuseable container (you can wash out and reuse snapback bags too).  Make sure well sealed and freeze for up to 6 weeks
  • When you want to use simply empty contents in blender and add water or milk beverage, and blend.
