I love to add avocados to my kids’ shakes because they are high in:

Healthy Fats
Antioxidants
Vitamin C
Dietary Fiber
They also make super creamy shakes!

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2
4 scoops of Vanilla KidzShake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS vanilla
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1/2 avocado
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 cup of coconut water
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
1 banana

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Enjoy immediately
