This recipe was provided by Joy Miles from @lunchesandlittles
- 1 and a 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup strawberries
- 2 scoops KidzShake vanilla or strawberry
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or other milk of choice)
- a handful of ice cubes
Wash strawberries. Then cut the tops off and place in a blender.
Add frozen pineapple, Kidzshake powder, coconut milk and ice.
Blend until smooth and creamy (add more ice and/or milk depending on desired consistency).
Serve as a smoothie bowl, or with more liquid added, as a smoothie! Enjoy!
