INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2

  • 1 and a 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 2 scoops KidzShake vanilla or strawberry
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or other milk of choice)
  • a handful of ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Wash strawberries. Then cut the tops off and place in a blender.
Add frozen pineapple, Kidzshake powder, coconut milk and ice.
Blend until smooth and creamy (add more ice and/or milk depending on desired consistency).
Serve as a smoothie bowl, or with more liquid added, as a smoothie! Enjoy!
