1 scoop KidzShake strawberry or vanilla

1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

a small handful of reaspberries

1/4 cup of coconut water (regular water can be used)


Blend on high until smooth.  If too thin add a few cubes of ice and if too thick add a small amount of extra fluid.  Have fun with your smoothie Bowl toppings.  I topped this beauty with fresh pineapple, fresh raspberries and a handful of aussie macadamia nuts (my favorite!)


For Teenagers, simply double the recipe.
