INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

1.5 cups of oats, old fashioned or quick oats (more can be added if mixture is too sticky)

1/2 cup of nut or seed butter

1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

1/4 cup of honey

2 scoops KidzShake vanilla

1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

 

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use hands to mix ingredients and form into 1″/ 2 cm balls.

Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Can be stored in freezer for up to 6 weeks.  These are a perfect lunch box add in.
