1.5 cups of oats, old fashioned or quick oats (more can be added if mixture is too sticky)
4 scoops of vanilla kidzshake
1/2 cup of nut or seed butter
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 340 F/ 170 C
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Use hands to combine ingredients.
Place the mixture on a parchment lined baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes or until brown. After 10 minutes of cooking stir mixture and add in chocolate chips.
Allow to cool before serving and granola can be stored for 7 days in an airtight container. Perfect to add to the top of a smoothie or chia pudding,
