1/2 cup of rolled oats, gf if needed
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
2 scoops of vanilla KidzShake
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan on medium to high heat.
Bring mixture to the boil while stirring gently, and then turn heat to low and cover pot.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes, occasionally stirring.
Turn off heat and allow to sit for at least 2 minutes before serving.
Top with some toasted pumpkin seeds, nuts or coconut flakes.
