This recipe comes from one of our favorite people- Joy Miles from @lunchesandlittles

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2-3

2 small to medium sized purple sweet potatoes (peeled, pre-cooked, cubed, and frozen)

3/4 cup riced cauliflower (pre-cooked and frozen)

1 cup milk of choice

1 tbsp. nut butter

1 pitted medjool date

2 scoops Vanilla KidzShake Plus

*Optional: seeds from 1/4 vanilla bean

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender.  Cover and blend until smooth.  Remove lid, pour into glasses and serve immediately.
