Celebrating the 4th of July does not have to lead to an overload of sugar and artificial colors. Here’s our favorite 4th of July breakfast idea… Red, White and Blue Breakfast Parfait!
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 scoop of Vanilla KidzShake
1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
In 2 glasses, layer raspberries, then yogurt, then blueberries, then the remaining yogurt. Garnish with berries and unsweetened coconut flakes.
