This recipe comes from our friend Joy at @lunchesandlittles

INGREDIENTS

Serves 3-4

+1 cup fresh, whole strawberries

+1 small beet (peeled and cut into chunks)

+1 banana

+1 tbsp. chia seeds

+3 pitted dates

+1/4 cup old fashioned oats

+1-1 1/2 cups cold water (can also use some ice if desired)

+3 scoops strawberry KidzShake classic OR PLUS

Optional: 2 tsp honey, if desired for extra sweetness

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and process/pulse until completely smooth.  Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
