2 of my favorite foods together in one shake – Yummo!!
4 scoops Strawberry KidzShake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS strawberry
5 Strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 handful of kale or spinach
¼ cup of cashews (optional: soaked for 2 hours)
1 cup of water or milk of choice
1/4 cup of ice
Blend on high until smooth.
