Summer is just around the corner and if you are anything like me you can almost taste those fresh, sweet strawberries in your mouth!  In celebration of the upcoming strawberry season I’m here to share with you FIVE of my very favorite STRAWBERRY SHAKE RECIPES!

Back to the recipes, here are five of my favorite that are simple, nutritious, and delicious!

 

 

 

 

 

 

STRAWBERRY COCONUT DREAM SHAKE

 

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2
2 scoops KidzShake strawberry
1 cup of water or milk of choice
1/4 cup of ice
4 strawberries- fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon coconut oil or coconut butter (I LOVE coconut butter!!)
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TRIPLE BERRY GREENS KIDZSHAKE

 

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2
2 scoops of vanilla or strawberry KidzShake
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup of blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 handful of leafy greens

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high for 30-60 seconds
Feelin’ a bit fancy? Top with unsweetened coconut and chia seeds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CLASSIC STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

 

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops KidzShake Strawberry
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup ice
1 banana
1/2 of chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Optional: 1 large handful of baby spinach

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Note: If you want your smoothie thinner, just add more liquid!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CHERRY CHIA RECOVERY SHAKE

 

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops KidzShake vanilla or strawberry
1 cup milk of choice
½ cup of frozen cherries
½ banana
1 tablespoons of chia seeds (hydrated in water beforehand if possible)

DIRECTIONS

Place ingredients in a blender and mix on high until smooth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VERY BERRY KIDZSHAKE

 

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2
2 scoops KidzShake strawberry
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup water or milk of choice (this tastes really good with coconut water!)
*you can throw in a handful of spinach if you want

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high until smooth
