One the best ways to encourage your kids to eat green smoothies is by being a good example.  So go on… make yourself a shake too!

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2

4 scoops of Vanilla or Strawberry KidzShake

1 cup of water or milk of choice

1/2 cup of berries

1/2 cup of pineapple

1 banana

1 handful of spinach or other leafy green

5 cubes of ice

DIRECTIONS

Blend on high until smooth.  Enjoy immediately.
