The perfect after game recovery smoothie. Your kids will have no idea it has carrot in it!
3-4 scoops of Vanilla or Orange KidzShake OR 1 scoop of KidzShake PLUS vanilla
½ cup of mango
1 medium carrot
1 cup of water or milk of choice
Optional: 1/4 cup ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
