4 Scoops of Vanilla KidzShake OR 2 scoops KidzShake PLUS vanilla
1 cup of milk of choice
3 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Divide into 2 small bowls or dishes and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours (preferably overnight).
